Friends of the Earth: Steun Gevangenen Voor Vrede

Wereldwijd zitten vele mensen een gevangenisstraf uit omdat ze hun geweten voorrang geven op de wet.
Je zou kunnen stellen dat het geweten van de wereld zich in de gevangenis bevindt.
Vroeg of laat kunnen ook wij en jij tot een gevangenisstraf veroordeeld worden omwille van het vredeswerk dat we verrichten.
Morele steun, zeker bij mensen die een lange gevangensisstraf uitzitten, vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van het 'menselijk' overleven in zulke omstandigheden.

We willen via deze website een schakel vormen in een internationaal steunnetwerk voor gewetens(politieke) gevangenen. Op onze website vind je informatie, adressen, en tips voor het schrijven van brieven aan gevangenen over de hele wereld.
