Prices: The prices on this website include VAT (21%, or 6% for books). They are valid until the appearance of the following catalogue.
Transport costs: The transport costs are calculated per order and depend upon what you order and where you live.
We caculate the transport costs as part of the price. This will depend on the weight of the item, and the current postal rates. If you order something heavy, or from outside Belgium, you will have to pay a higher amount.
Refunds and replacements: We allow refunds on items ordered if the wrong item is delivered, or if the ordered item is too small or too large. We will ask you to pay an extra admin-cost for this.
Cancelations: If you make an error when sending an order, you must contact us within 2 days to change or cancel an order. From the third day following your order, you can no longer cancel.
When to pay? We send the products and an invoice after payment.
The order must be paid for within 14 days of receiving an email letting you know how much you need to pay. After 7 days we send you a reminder, and after 15 days, your order is cancelled.
Payment terms for distributors: Oxfam shops and all Friends of the Earth groups in Belgium receive their products when they are ordered. They pay after receiving the invoice.
Friends of the Earth vzw is since the start of 2007 liable for VAT: BE 445.142.403.
